I will be replacing this window soon and may need snapin glazing

A home owner from 19040 says:

Hello. Soon I will be receiving a casement window pane (current one is dirty between the panes and cannot be cleaned) from American Craftsman. So I was told that you sell aftermarket hardware. I looked at the glazing on my window and tried to match it up with your stuff but can't seem to find a match. My glazing is 5/8" on the short side and 7/8" on the long side (see photo IMG_3653). Also, I was thinking of replacing the operator.

Do you have hardware for this American Craftsman casement window (produced in 2000)?

Thanks in advance,

Rob

Tom from SWISCO responded:

Hi, Rob. I'm afraid that I can't identify your glazing from these photos. I'll need you to remove a small and undamaged sample and show me a clear shot of its end profile.

As for the operator, it's similar to our 39-318 but you'll need to carefully compare our dimensions to yours to ensure they match up.
