The "shim" between sash and jamb ob both sides was torn. The long section (front) is 5/16", short section(back) is 3/13; and the gap to inser into the sash is 1/16". Please advise the SWISCO order nukber. Thanks.

Thanks for helping me to identify the ordeing part.

Thanks for posting, Lin! Please see our 55-034 white guide runner. That looks very similar to your own hardware. Please compare its dimensions to your own and see what you think.
