Identify part and confirm product

Question

I am trying to identify the plastic piece that is in the middle of the metal channel and seems to be part of the pulley system. Is this part sold separately?
Also, based on the imprint on the channel in second photo, can you confirm that the 770 Series Balance is compatible? The channel is 26" long and 9/16" wide.

Thanks for posting! The plastic piece in the center of the balance is the pulley that helps the string to travel when opening and closing the window. Given the amount of tension balances hold to support sash weights, this is not something that can be replaced; its also not sold separately.

To confirm that the Series 770 Balance is the correct replacement, I'll need to see a photo of an undamaged balance removed from the window. I am specifically looking to see a photo of the top and bottom attachments on the balance as well as any compatible hardware that might be left behind in the window.

Regarding the stamp, it indicates the weight range a balance should be able to hold to support the weight of the sash. The stamp from your balance will not cross-reference with the stamps on ours, so I will need to know the exact weight of your sash.
