Identify window balance

Hi, I'm trying to find replacement balances for a customer, but they are not sure of the types of windows they have. I can send a picture of the balance if you can help me please

Yes, to move forward please provide pictures of the original balances. From there we can determine the overall style to confirm if we can supply suitable replacements and continue with the identification process. Thank you!

We should be able to assist with replacements, but to determine the best option, can we also see the pivot bar on the bottom of the window sash that engages with the pivot shoe? Thank you!
