Identifying my broken pivot lock shoe

A handy person from easton Pa says:
I see you have the part I need "pivot lock shoe" But I do not know the brand of window or at least I can not find it anywhere. I could send you a sample but am not quite sure how to remove. I have also sent a picture if that would help.I have at least 5 windows that are in need of repair. Thanks you in advance for your help.

Good Afternoon,

It is hard to see the pivot shoe because it is still installed in the window frame, but it looks like our 15-175. Remove your pivot shoe and compare it to our 15-175. Send us another picture of the shoe removed from the window if you are not sure.

Here is a discussion explaining how to remove the pivot lock shoe from the window frame.
