Identifying replacement parts

I'm trying to find a replacement channel balance and clips on top of my tilt window.
I tried searching with numbers printed on balance and couldn't find anything. I'm enclosing photos for assistance.

Thanks for writing in! Your balances appear to be the Series 765 channel balance with a pivot shoe hook attached at the bottom. Specifically, you'll need the S765-29 with a 28-9 stamp for a window weighing 34 to 38lbs.

The white plastic piece you are searching for is the balance stop, part 26-053 . Look over the dimensions to confirm that this is the replacement you need. I am confident this is the right fit for your window.

Regarding the clips on the top of the tilt window, I believe you may be referencing what we call tilt latches. Start with reviewing and comparing the 26-393 tilt latch pair to determine if this will work as a replacement for you. Carefully compare the design as well and let me know if you do not believe they will be the right fit.
