In search of sliding glass door keep, handle and lock.

A home owner from Lexington KY says:
Found a great deal on this sliding glass door at a local lumber yard's clearance sale. It came with no hardware except this double latch mortise insert. Tt also had a recessed trim plate for the latches. There are no part numbers, but a patent number indicates that it is a Sash Controls product.

Ideally, I'd like to find a keeper, handle and lock set that would allow me reuse this piece. Alternatively, I could fill the mortise and cut a new one allowing me to use any lock and handle set that would fit with the existing holes pre-drilled into the door's stile. THANKS!

Good afternoon. There are a few handles that may work, though it's hard to say without seeing the original. Check out our 82-031, 82-035, and 82-069 and see what you think. As for the keeper, check out our 82-249.
