Is there a video showing how to install this piece. I can't seem to figure out how the old one comes out I think it should slide down the channel. But I can't get it he old one to slide off.

The 90-182 slides in a round shape channel below the handle. Remove the sash and with a hammer tap the latch to the side to remove it from the sash. If it doesn't move, look under it and see if the company put a notch in the channel to lock it in. If so you will need to open the notch, so lock can slide pass it. I hope this is helpful.
