Installing the 80-105 track

A quick learner from CA says:
Hi again,
Don't you have to remove the existing track to install the 80-105?

How do you remove the existing rail? Do you grind it off; chisel it off; saw it off or use some other means?

Thank you very much, I appreciate your time, Mike

Dave Sr. from SWISCO responded:
I have chiseled it off in the past. However, make sure you aren't too rough, as you might make the track worse. You could also use a small hand held grinder, or a reciprocating saw.
