It's tough to determine what you have based on just one leg. Is there any way we can see a complete undamaged part out of the window? That would be a huge help, thank you!

Ok, here are the corners, inside and out. It appears the plastic part is just a 90 degree

Take a look at the 95-201 nylon corner. This looks similar to yours, but does not have the 1/4 X 1/4" measurement. Also, look at the self-locking corners: the 95-002 and the 95-192. This type, with the locking spring, run a little heavy on the dimensions. See which is closest to evaluate if you can use one of our replacement parts.
