Is the pivot shoe the same as the one in the picture

Question

The window is a Patriot NC 1300/1400 single hung tilt installed in 2001. It has a part number 14SH11026U--AA01.

I haven't removed the show but I get measurements of 2 1/4 H x 1 1/8 (1"?) W x 1/2 Th.

It has a blue center part that raises and lowers when I turn the cam.

Is the 15-046 Lock Shoe the same part or compatible?

I have several windows that need work. If I buy 15 or 20,are unused pieces returnable?

Also, I'll need the spreaders and winder, correct?

Hi EB. The 15-046 might be this pivot shoe, but the only way to know for sure is to remove the shoe and compare the width and thickness to be certain. Let me know if either dimension differs. See the video below for removal and replacement details.
