Is this an Acorn 81-030 or something else?

Hi,

This looks very close to the Acorn 81-030. All the measurements seem to check out, but the one on the Swisco site has an additional hole going though the side that mine doesn't have. I don't think I need this hole anyway, so I'm pretty sure it would work.

Can you tell me if it is in fact the Acorn 81-030 or something else?

Hello, Glenn. This looks similar to our 81-030 roller. Check it out and let me know if you agree.

The extra hole does not matter. It may have some purpose in the manufacturing process, but it does not affect the roller.
