I have 9 of these windows and cannot figure out how to open them. I will replace the mechanism if necessary. I've searched and cannot find a name brand on any of the windows. Any help will be appreciated.

This looks like it might be our 39-076 Center Gear Operator. This operator works with a handle that inserts and is used to turn the window open. Unfortunately, that handle is no longer made and it's not something we can supply. I am very sorry for the inconvenience.
