Jealousy window replacement parts for old summer camp

Question

I was advised to contact Cisco for replacement parts of our old jealousy windows on our summer camp. Found your company and I'm hoping I just had the wrong spelling. At first I thought itwas the mechanics of the window was the issue but was advised that it appeared that the cranking tool head seemed stripped. Any information would be helpful. I'm hoping not to have to replace the windows themselves.

Unfortunately, we do not carry suitable replacements for the jalousie window parts shown in your photos. We did carry an operator similar to yours at one time but, unfortunately, it was discontinued. I'm sorry that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting.
