Hi. I'm looking for a replacement for a double hook mortise lock on a Jeld Wen sliding door. The flange hole center is 12". The locking mechanism mounts to the flange with screws on 4" center. There's patent # 6264252 on the mechanism. Any suggestion for a replacement part?
I really just need to match the mechanism because then it can be attached to my existing flange. Photos attached.
