I need replacement wheels. See photos. It looks like your 84-104 (although it seems to be a 1-3/8" wheel, not 1-1/4"). However, I need to know the width of the wheel groove. It needs to be 0.200 inches wide (minimum) INSIDE the wheel groove. (The track width is 0.180 inches wide. Some wheels I've tried barely fit over and pinch the track.)

I took some measurements of the 84-104. The inside width is only .168", which is too narrow, and the width of the housing is slightly over 3/8" wide. I also took measurements of the 84-101 and 84-016 rollers. The inside wheel measurement looks good at .207", but the housing width is 13/32", which is wider than the 3/8" you need. Would it be possible for you to "spread" the cut out in the door where the wheel housing fits into to give you a little more play?

Thanks for the info. I'll check and see if the housing is too wide on the alternatives you suggested. I really want metal wheels, though. Plastic ones just don't hold up in this particular application.
