Jeld Wen awning window operator

Question

I have a Jeld Wen awning window located 14 feet above the floor. I need a gear box to redirect the spindle for the crank handle to a downward orientation so I can use a pole handle to open and close the window. Can you help?

Without knowing more about the operator itself, I'm not sure what to recommend. There are a lot of things to consider, such as the size of the spline. We have the 39-336, which may be what you want, but it has an 11/32" spline. It's very important that you can confirm that this is the same size spline as your operator, or else it won't work. Let me know what you think.
