I am seeking a part that puts a pin through the upper plate and the bottom plate to hold one side of the door fixed. It has alot of names. flush bolt and many more.

This reminds me of our 42-006 mortise flush lever, though yours is still a little different. Still, it's our best match. Look over our photos and information for the 42-006 and let me know if you could use this on your door.
