Could you help me locating this particular part (keeper).

I attached the sticker from the door for reference (SO AC 70)

The mortise lock looks a lot like our 82-265; please compare the dimensions to confirm. If so, you might be able to use our 82-249 Keeper. Take a look and see what you think.
