Question

Off brand window. No markings words or letters or numbers on any thing I can see I have not taken the things apart yet. The cranks seem to be stripped

This is a very old style operator. We definitely don't have this exact part, but if you're handy then you may be able to get one of our modern parts to work. Before I recommend anything, though, I'd like you to disconnect the arm from the track so I can see the style of the bearing. That will help me zero in on a possible sub. Thanks!
