I'm sorry, I don't know what your question is. Can you go into more detail concerning the issue you're having with your window and how we can help? If you need a specific part replaced, I'll need photos of it in order to know what you have.

I'm looking for the sliding apparatus for a 20 year old 34 inch high 21.75 inch wide single hung kohler window. the pictures below show the apparatus as best I can get. Thanks I can't read the serial number as they are too worn out

Thanks for the extra details. This is a very old style rod balance. These aren't made anymore, unfortunately, but there's a good chance you can use one of our more modern balances as a replacement. I just need a bit more information to narrow it down.

First and foremost, I will need a clear picture of the shoe at the bottom of the balance. This is what connects it to the sash. I know it's a small detail, but it is very important.

I will also need to know the diameter of the spring. It should be either 1/2" or 3/8".

I have enclosed some pictures, the track inside appears to be 5/8 inch deep its about 32 inches long from where the string attaches at the top to where the shoe would be at the bottom, it appears the track is just around 1 inch wide. It appears the spring is 1/2 inch diameter.
thanks.

Thank you! This information is exactly what we needed. I am confident that you can use our Series 795 channel balance to replace your original parts, though the process is a bit involved. I recommend watching the video below. This should walk you through the whole project step by step.
