Legance II patio sliding door-wheels

Hello,

I have Legance II sliding patio door. It is not sliding well, so I think it's the rollers need replacing.

How can I tell what size rollers I need without taking the door off?

I'm afraid it's not possible to ID a replacement roller without taking off the originals. I know that seems like a lot of work, but that's just how these are designed. You have to brace yourself for a big project here. There's just no way around it.
