Lexington drawer pull- 25 yrs old?

Our customer brought in this pull. His bedroom set is approx 25 years old. Would you have a replacement? There is a 4.5" space between drill holes. At the pivot point where handle rotates, the small piece of metal has broken off.

Thanks for your patience! We do not have this exact handle, but our 22-201 has the same hole spacing and may work as a replacement. Let me know what you think!
