Lindord window replacement channel

Question

I need a replacement channel for a Linford window.
The spring broke loose from the top anchor. Several of the plastic brackets are also worn or broken.

The channel is 36".
Do you carry replacements for this window?

Based on your photos, you have either our S380-36 or S385-36. The only difference between them is the size of the bottom fitting, which is indicated on their respective store pages. You'll need to measure your bottom fitting to confirm which one is best.
