Dear Sir/Madam,

I am looking for replacement window lifts. They are "Unique LiteLift LL50, 39", 50-59 lbs." A picture is attached. Do you have access to these?

Hey there, Jeff, thanks for reaching out to us. We can supply this balance as a custom order, but before we continue I need just a bit more information. 

The only thing I need at this juncture is a clear picture of the pins at the bottom end of the spiral rod. I also need to know their width. 

Once I have that, we can zero in on exactly what will replace this and get back to you with your next steps.
