Living Window patio door replacement rollers

I'm afraid that I'm not familiar with that company. In order to get on the right track, we'll need to see photos of the old roller out of the door. Specifically, I need to see the back end, side, and top. Dimensions would also be a huge help.

Let me know if that will be possible. I know that's probably more of a project than you had in mind, but that's how patio door rollers are designed to work. There's no way around it, unfortunately: you have to take them out before you can find a match.

Thanks these these photos. I'm sorry to say that I don't recognize what you show here. The Living Window company must make fairly unique setups because this doesn't match anything in our inventory.

Can you verify that this is the only component in the roller assembly? If there is an outer housing of some sort, that might be an essential detail. Seeing the whole assembly together would be a huge help in that case.
