Hello I've been trying to find a replacment lock for this window casement for some time and have not been able to locate this. WOuld you happen to know what the type of lock is called and if replacment parts can be ordered for this locking system.

Hello! We can definitely supply this part. It's specifically called an operator, since it regulates the operation of the sash. Yours is either going to be our 39-253RB or 39-439B, depending on the style of the slide at the end of the arm. The video below will go into more detail as to the significance of that difference and which one you need to pick.

So I am not looking for the window operator. I am looking for the locking mechanism that is located below where the operator sits.

Thank you for clarifying. I see what you mean now, sorry for misunderstanding at first. I am sorry to say that we don't sell that bottom-mount locking mechanism, only the operator. For that, I recommend contacting the original window manufacturer for assistance.
