Locking patio door handle

Hi,
I hope you can help.
We have a handle that the licking lever broke in half
The numbers on the one pic attached is the only know information
No one in this area has a clue to the maker.
I also included a close up of what might be s logo on the handle.
It is 5" on hole center.
