Looking for large custom channel balancers stamped 4050

Hi,

Swisco was able to accept a custom order for this channel balance we asked about a few weeks ago:

We received a request from another unit in the same condo building that has very similar channel balances; the main difference is the channel is only 40" long and is stamped 40 50. Is Swisco able to quote getting these made too? The customer would need 3 sets (6 pcs) if approved.

Face of the channel is 1 3/16", depth is 1 1/4", winged on both foot and head. Sash extrusion is 1 5/8" wide. Sash Guide is 1 1/4" x 3 1/4"

Also looking for the corresponding guides and take out clips for this if possible.

Attached are photos of the sample we took. As you can see the springs are cooked and I'm guessing this building is going to have a lot more of these in the future as the residents start to complain about their windows not opening. If their property manager wants to bulk order some of the common sizes for their building, can Swisco speed up delivery times for custom orders? At what quantity will the price per unit get cheaper if they decide to bulk order for their building?
