Looking for replacement window balances...

The window balances are 20 years old and I can't find the replacement parts for them...or could you recommend a type of balance to use with our windows:

I believe they were made my Jeld-wen

Greetings. This old crossbow balance is no longer made, but it can be replaced with our Series 795 Channel Balance. See the video below for details.
