Thanks for getting back to us! That's just the top fitting, though. We need that bottom fitting, too. The video I linked before should explain everything we need in detail. Let me know when you can get me all the information that it outlines.

There are about a half billion different bottom options. You can see our entire section here, but this doesn't count the many, many different balances that have been made that aren't in our catalog. The only way I can know what you have is to see it. There are no shortcuts for this, unfortunately.

Thank you. Based on what I see here, you might have either our S380-27 or S385-27, depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. That's the only difference between them. I recommend measuring your shoe and referring to our dimensions to confirm the best match. You will need an undamaged version to measure, otherwise it won't be possible to know what to buy.
