Looking for window Tilt Latch

Question

I need 3 right side tilt latch for my windows.  I see the PAT# 5.139.291 and 08 and letter E on the bottom, but tried home Depot brand but didn't work.

Your tilt latch is similar in design to our 26-243 and 26-244. Look these two parts over and let me know if you agree.
