Hello,
With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380-26 or S385-26 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You'll also need 2540 spring strength options for your replacement balances.
Thank you and let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.

I purchased product S385-26 channel balance with 1-3/32" attachment and 2540 spring strength
When finally whether gets warm, I was trying to replace window balance.
However, When I tried to pull spring (or terminal clip or hook). It is impossible to pull and I do not think I could push down when I insert terminal clip in square hole located in jamb.
Can you double check again of the product?

It seems like you've purchased the correct balances based on what you've sent us so far. If you think that the spring tension may be too strong, I would recommend starting by weighing your window sash to confirm if it falls within the 2540 weight range shown under the S385-26 product description.
Also, see our non-tilt channel balance installation video below if you haven't already.
