Looking to get three of these. The arm length is around 9 inches, maybe 9 1/2

Looking to get three of these.
The plastic piece which is moving in the channel... broke off in all three cases.

If anyone knows how to install them without climbing outside, I'll pay to install too. Jersey City, NJ

Greetings. We have the 39-022, which has the same reverse-mounted holes as yours, but it has an 11" long arm. Assuming your arms are 9-1/2" long, I'm not sure if that will work for you.

You could also just install our 39-139 with a 33-205 thread nut. This will allow you to install it with reverse-mounted screws. I've installed these with the help of a bench vise; you just press them into the holes at the front of the operator base.

I am afraid we don't have pros to come out and do work, but watch the video below that shows how to install a casement window operator. This is for an operator with two arms and is sill-mounted, so the procedure is a little different. But the general principles I think could help you. See what you think. If in doubt, hire a local pro for assistance. They should be able to do this for you.
