Thanks for reaching out to us. We're happy to look into this. I couldn't cross reference the numbers you gave to a particular balance so we'll need more information. Can you remove an undamaged balance from the window and show us some photos? We'd like to see close-up photos of the top and bottom fittings specifically. Can you also confirm the length of only the metal channel? Lastly, could you weigh the window sash on a scale and tell us the precise weight?

The windows sash is 14.5 pounds the leanth of the metal channel is 27.5 inches I see 27 inch and 28 inch balances on your website but not 27.5

We may be able to supply a 27-1/2" balance but it would have to be a custom order. For us to proceed with this, we would need to see photos of the top and bottom fittings to determine exactly what kind of balance you may have.
