Loose fit

A quick learner from Washington Township, Gloucester County says:

I purchased 95-263 and 95-262 to make up some screen frames. I thought they fit into a 5/16 frame but it seems that they're sloppy. In the picture with the three corners the plastic corner that is not yours does fit snug. Did I buy the wrong ones? Is there a specific frame to go with these? (I'd rather not change the frame)

The 95-263 and 95-262 indeed are meant for 5/16" frames, but the width and thickness of the legs on a corner key, as well as the overall style, also matter quite a bit. The third corner key you show looks a bit more like our 95-274 , which is also for 5/16" frames. Compare the dimensions listed in the pictures and see if this might be a better match.
