Our contractor accidentally tossed the lower track for our bi-fold doors. Help!

Hello,

We'd be happy to look into this for you but we would need you to open the doors and show us the back to get a better view of the pins. It would also help to see a clear photo of the holes that the pins go through. Thank you.

Hi! Do you mean the holes on the upper track? Because as I mentioned the lower track is gone.

No, we're referring to the back of the door panels shown in your photos so that we can see the rest of your pins, which are only partially visible in your photos. We would need to see the entire part and get an idea of how it installs to determine if we carry any compatible parts.
