Marvin window replacement part needed

I need a replacement handle cover for my Marvin window. Can you tell me if you have this exact part and the cost please?

We don't have an exact match, but our 39-375 and 39-376 are similar. Could you use these? The handle has a spline size of 11/32", so make sure that this, and the other dimensions, are the same.
