Metal Bi-Fold Door Accesories Identification

A quick learner from Miami, Florida says:
I have been desperately searching for compatible replacement hardware for my rental units existing metal bifold doors to no avail. The doors are in great condition and functioning perfectly, but the hardware has deteriorated. Neither the doors nor hardware have any identifiable markings/brand names or part numbers. Any assistance you can provide in identifying and/or advising on compatible hardware would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

Many thanks for your correspondence. We believe you have old Peachtree/Float-A-Way bifold doors. Could you provide a better view of the pins your door uses, along with measurements of the pin thickness and diameter of the nylon caps? This would help us identify potential replacements. Many thanks.

Thanks for the prompt response! Attached are additional pictures of the pin and measurements. Please if you require any additional information.

Your spring loaded pin looks like our 21-044 spring loaded guide pin with a 3/8" nylon cap. Please compare with your old part and see if you think this will work for you.
