I need the plastic sash stops for 6 of your windows, 4 of which are arched windows. They all have become brittle and cracked with age. Are these available? I have more identifying numbers on the labels if needed.

We actually don't sell windows. I think you may have us confused for another company. That said, we may still sell what you have. In order to confirm, I will need to see a picture of the stop in question so that I can see if anything in our inventory is a match.

I was investigating this over the weekend. The phone number on the label is not for that window manufacturer unfortunately, but now a patio furniture company. I just called.
