Milgard Channel Balance

Question

This is my 2nd post. I've ordered from you in 2015 (order #694033). My Milgard balances are very similar to the posted balances but with a different stamp (25 5 PH). Mine are 1/2 wide, 5/8 deep and 25 5/8 length. I would like a quote for 4. See attached photos. Thank you.
