Milgard Pivot Shoe

A quick learner from Colorado says:

I have a Milgard double hung window where one of the pivot shoes for the lower sash has broken and fallen out. Attached are the best photos I could take of the remaining pivot shoe, as well as photos of the order ID and, I think, the series of the window.

The measurements of the pivot shoe are approximately 2-1/16" x 1-3/8" x 1/2".

Also, how difficult is it to replace the shoe? It doesn't look like a new one will fit in there very well with how the frame is molded around the track.

Thanks for the help!

We've related a video to walk you through the removal process for a pivot shoe. Once yours is removed, start by comparing the width and thickness of our 15-231 to yours. If there are any differences in style or dimensions, let us know and we will continue researching. Thank you!
