I've got Milgard windows and need to replace balancers. I've included photos of the end pieces. The total length of the metal tubing is 23 inches and about 10.5/16ths. Can you help me out with the best replacement piece?

Thank you for sharing your photos with us. We can help you with a replacement balance, but it will need to be special made due to its configuration. Could we have you get back to us the stamping or marking that appears on the balance? Can you also tell me how many you need? Once we have that information, we can go from there.
