Thanks for reaching out to us! I'm sorry to say we would not be able to recommend a direct replacement for the handle set you have here but there is a chance we may have a solution that could work. 

May I please see a photo of the entire handle set removed from the door? I'll need to see the placement of the hole spacing to determine if any of our handles could work.

I'll also need to see a photo of the compatible mortise lock.

I understand. Unfortunately, that is not something we can provide a replacement for. You'll need t reach out to the manufacturer to inquire about where you might be able to get a replacement for that piece.
