Hello. I have a Milgard window and need a new Balancer for it. The channel is 25 1/2" long. Photos are attached, please let me know if I can provide any additional information.

Thanks for posting. This is an Extended-Travel Channel Balance, where the pulley system is built into the bottom nylon shoe. This is not a stock item, but we'd be happy to replace it for you via custom order. I just sent you an email with a purchase link to order a pair of these balances stamped 25-4; note that two(2) is our minimum quantity for custom balance orders.
