Milgard window channel balancer

I believe that the your part series 385 would be a replacement but I have a couple of questions. The length of the metal channel is 31 5/8". Would your 32" work. Do you measure the bottom shoe without the wings? It looks like it is 1" without the wings. Is this the correct?

Markings on the channel are 31 5 B.S.I. RB

Let me know if your series 385 32" would be the correct replacement to order.
