Hey, thanks for posting. I've narrowed this down to two possible channel balance Series: either our Series 380 or our Series 385 balances.
Now, as you can see, there is only one difference between these two Series, and that is their bottom shoe. The Series 380 uses the 15-005 while the Series 385 uses the 15-004. I can't quite tell what you have based on your pictures, though. Please carefully compare their dimensions to your own hardware and see which is a better match.

Hi Tom,
Thanks for the reply. I measured the part and it is just slightly over 1" deep. Is it possible that the rounded edge is worn? Are you able to tell from the photos I sent earlier? If I order the Series 385 would I be able to file down the rounded edge if it is too deep?

I forgot to ask. Which stamp option should I get? Should I get 2610 since 26 9 is not listed on your site?

If your shoe is over 1" in depth, then it is likely that you have the 15-004 that just wore down. I can't really eyeball it based on your pictures, I'm afraid. You will have to use your best judgement.
26 9 does not match any of our options, no. You will have to remove the sash from the window, place it on a scale, then match its weight to the list of options we show for each of our balances.

Thanks for the feedback. I will weigh the sash before ordering.
