Missing Center Drawer slide and plastic slide holder

I'm looking for this center plastic drawer slide and the plastic slide holder at the end. I have a drawer in this kitchen that is missing these two parts and looking to find these parts or replace it with something similar. Thanks

I'm also looking for the plastic guide that is attached to the plastic drawer.

We don't have an exact match for this, I'm afraid. The only thing we can offer is our 32-053 drawer track kit. I can't guarantee that it will work but look it over, along with the video below, to see what you think.
