My windows won't stay up and I think the spiral balance broke and the shoe is cracked

Please help me ID which parts I need to repair the window balance and the shoe.

We can definitely help with these parts. Before we recommend anything, can you tell me the width and thickness of the shoe? You will find it easier to measure if you remove it ahead of time.

Similarly, can you tell me the diameter of the spiral balance's outer tube?
