A quick learner from Orange County, California says:
Hi,
I wonder if you can help me find a right channel balance for my windows.
The window weights are about 18 lbf & 24 lbf.
The sag size as about 23" and the channel width is about 5/8".
Thank you,
Regards.

Unfortunately, it's not possible to ID a channel balance replacement without seeing the original. Do you still have one on hand? If so, I need to see its top end, bottom end, and stamp. The video below will go into more detail.

The code alone is not sufficient. I highly recommend watching the video I posted above so that you can get an idea of exactly what information we need to help.

Thank you, these pictures are perfect. You have either our S380-24 or S385-24. The only difference between them is the size of the bottom fitting, which is indicated on their respective store pages. You'll need to measure your bottom fitting to confirm which one is the better match.
